Description
The homeland of beans is the territory of modern Peru, Mexico and some other areas of Central and South America. Beans played a key role in the farming of the Indians. Then it was brought by Spanish sailors to Europe, from where it spread all over the world.

Beans are famous for their dietary properties and high nutritional value. This is the result of a high content of vegetable protein, similar in its properties to a protein of animal origin. The content of potassium, iron, calcium and magnesium, and copper and zinc in beans is greater than in most other vegetables. Beans are rich in amino acids needed by the body.

This is my first experience of ordering this type of beans. I should say that they are tricky to cook but after the third try I managed to cook them the way I wanted.

I preffer big beans to smaller ones as their size makes it easier to cook them. I am safisfied with this product.
